The Swap Shop started the way most good things do — out of necessity. Too many clothes, not enough closet space, and a feeling that perfectly good pieces were going to waste sitting in a bag headed for the donation bin.
Instead of letting them disappear, we started trading. A jacket for a pair of jeans. A hoodie for some sneakers. Word spread, the rack grew, and what started as a personal project turned into something real.
Now we buy, trade, and resell a mix of everything — streetwear, vintage finds, denim, accessories, and everyday pieces. No fast fashion. No algorithms. Just good clothes finding good homes.
